Neil Bajaj
Founder & AI Operator
Neil is the founder and driving force behind SersweAI, based in San Diego, CA. He cut his teeth building Microsoft Power Platform automation at enterprise scale: 32 production flows processing about 1,000 records per day, backed by 4 Microsoft certifications, including Power Automate RPA for a Florida dental services company. Before that, he studied Math and Computer Science at UC San Diego. Today he designs and deploys intelligent automation systems tailored to each business, lead capture pipelines, content automation, CRM integrations, chatbots, and end-to-end business operations tools. With 8 businesses automated across 10+ deployed systems, his work spans everything from automated outbound email sequences to AI-powered data entry and smart contact networks. He also built Savvo.app as a standalone product. His approach is simple: build systems that do the heavy lifting, so business owners can focus on what actually moves the needle.
Yuvraj
Co-Founder & Strategy
Yuvraj is a co-founder of SersweAI, based in Arlington, VA. He brings a rare combination of strategic business acumen and deep technical expertise to help businesses build smarter, faster operations. Coming from a background in the aerospace and defense industry, he has worked at the highest levels of program management, corporate strategy, and international operations within some of the largest companies in the world. This experience gave him a firsthand understanding of how complex organizations operate, where inefficiencies hide, and how the right systems can transform the way a business runs. He now channels that expertise into building intelligent automation solutions that help businesses scale. His approach is direct: identify the bottlenecks that slow businesses down and engineer the solutions that eliminate them.
