SersweAI ("we," "our," or "us") operates sersweai.com and provides AI automation services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you fill out our contact form or book a consultation, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • Any additional details you include in your message

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

  • The page path you visited
  • Referring website or source, when your browser provides it
  • Browser and device information contained in your browser's user-agent string
  • A short-lived, pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address that rotates daily; our page-view record does not store the raw IP address

We collect this limited page-view data through our own first-party endpoint. We use it solely to understand site usage, detect abuse, and improve the experience. Our hosting provider may separately process IP addresses in server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries: When you submit the contact form, we use your name and email to reply and schedule a consultation.
  • To send follow-up communications: We may send a short sequence of emails related to your inquiry, including helpful resources about our services.
  • To deliver our services: If you become a client, we use your contact information to manage the engagement.
  • To improve our website: Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and where visitors encounter friction.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your contact form submissions are stored in a Supabase database. Supabase provides enterprise-grade PostgreSQL hosting with row-level security, encryption at rest, and encryption in transit (TLS). Our database is hosted in a secure cloud environment, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We do not store payment information directly. If payment is required for services, it is processed through a separate, PCI-compliant payment provider.

5. How We Send Emails

We may use Resend as our email delivery service. When enabled, Resend processes delivery on our behalf and may log delivery metadata such as bounces. Emails are sent from a SersweAI-controlled domain.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and business:

  • Vercel: Website hosting and deployment. Vercel may process server logs including IP addresses.
  • Supabase: Database storage for contact form submissions and client data.
  • Resend: Transactional and follow-up email delivery when email notifications are enabled.
  • Telegram: Operational notification delivery when you submit a contact, booking, demo, or report request.

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies if you have concerns about how they handle data.

7. Cookies

Our public marketing pages do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The authenticated CRM area uses essential cookies to keep authorized users signed in.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party behavioral tracking for marketing purposes.

8. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you become a client.
  • Client data: Retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 36 months afterward for reference and support purposes.
  • Page-view data: Retained only while reasonably useful for aggregate site analysis and security, then deleted or aggregated. The pseudonymous IP-derived identifier rotates daily.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data from our systems.
  • Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly.
  • Portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted database connections, access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
