SersweAI is an AI automation agency based in San Diego, California. We design, build, and operate lead response, follow-up, and back-office automation systems for local and small-to-mid-sized businesses. Every system we deploy answers new leads in under 60 seconds and runs 24 hours a day.
I started SersweAI to bring the kind of automation I had built in enterprise settings to local businesses. Before this, I ran 32 production Power Automate flows processing about 1,000 records per day and earned 4 Microsoft certifications doing it, after studying Math and Computer Science at UC San Diego. The idea is simple: find the bottleneck in how a business handles leads, follow-up, and admin work, and automate it.
I'm Neil. One of those enterprise builds was a Power Automate RPA system for a Florida dental services company; now I build the same caliber of systems myself using n8n, Supabase, and Next.js. You own everything I build. I operate it so you don't have to think about it.
